Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions
Research reconciling items for resolution and review for compliance
Balance bi-weekly payroll cycles resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper classification
Reconcile balance sheet payroll accounts to ensure accuracy of outgoing payments
Perform accounting analyses
Prepare and enter journal entries in ERP system
Act as backup to other team members during time off
Assist with other special projects, as assigned
Required Experience:
3 years of accounting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
ADP experience is a plus
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results
