Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the monthly General Ledger close, Financial Statement preparation and analysis, account analysis and reconciliation, audit preparation, and income tax processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will assist the Assistant Controller in the leadership of the accounting team and will support the general needs of the business through participation on special projects as needed.

Job Duties
- Coordinate month-end closing activities
- Prepare month-end closing entries
- Prepare month-end and year-end workpapers
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with external audits to include Financial, Sales Tax, and Partner audits
- Participate in annual budgeting process
- Process income tax payments and resolve assessment notices
- Assist accounting and operations teams with identifying and documenting the appropriate handling of business activities to ensure GAAP compliance
- Assist accounting team with resolving financial and operational issues
- Documentation and monitoring of accounting procedures and internal controls
- Assist with Partner Payment review and analysis
- Misc ad-hoc reports requested by Assistant Controller and CFO
- Other duties as required by business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field require
- 5-7 years of general accounting experience required
- P&L and strong multi-entity experience required
- ASC 842 is a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work in deadline-oriented environment
- Exposure to General Ledger systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced Excel skills mandatory
- Prior audit background is a plus
