Job Posting for System Administrator at Ledyard National Bank
This position is primarily responsible for providing quality technical and operational support for all system technologies of the organization. Specifically, this role supports the vast collection of bank software applications, unified communications & collaboration (UCC) infrastructure, and assists the Network Administrator with our local and wide area networks. We are looking for an individual to join our team who is not only technically skilled, but who also has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all software application, including our UCC infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with different teams to make sure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will serve as the primary technical contact for all users and escalation of all unresolved issues and potential risk to other team members. You will assist in all areas of operations and application support, including the creation and maintenance of various training materials and documentation for staff on all applications used by the organization. The ideal candidate can work efficiently and productively with little supervision and works well with a diverse base of employees throughout the organization. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience, 3 years of prior advance network support-related experience, 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services organization preferred, Certifications from CompTIA, Network and A , Knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory and Network Domains, Experience working with Microsoft 365, Extensive knowledge of IP Telephony, Extensive knowledge of LANs and WANs, Certifications with network administration. Location: This is an on-site position in West Lebanon, NH that will require some local travel between our locations, and also requires the CCNA Collaboration certification.
