Summary of Job:
The Service Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day needs of the Service Sales team for their assigned region.Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- At least 4 years' experience in the skilled trades industry
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities regarding assignments
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Professional demeanor
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be skilled at computing, compiling, tabulating, charting, and reviewing supporting data to derive conclusions
- Good organizational skills
