Summary of Job :
The Dispatcher will provide World Class Customer Service to Lee Company’s external and internal customers. Determine the customer’s needs, delegate calls to Technical Communicators and arrange for technician to be dispatched.
A deep understanding of Lee Company’s culture and mission is vital to the success of this position.
Education and Experience :
- 2 years of relevant and proven high-quality customer service experience
- Experience in a call center / dispatch environment preferred
- 3 to 5 years data entry / administrative experience
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills and Abilities :
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of Time management'
- Critical thinking and analytical reasoning
- Ethical decision making
- Ability to work individually or within the group dynamic
- Basic office equipment operation abilities (computers, telephones, calculators, copiers and fax machines, postage machines, etc.)
- Computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms)
- Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Must be able to type proficiently; 60 WPM w / accuracy
