Warehouse Delivery

Lee Douglas Interiors is looking for a Delivery/Home Furnishings Installer at our Omaha, NE location.

The Delivery/Installer’s responsibilities include loading and unloading merchandise, accurately picking merchandise to deliver, providing our clients with exceptional service, inspecting merchandise, reporting claims and damages, and performing other general warehouse duties and errands. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and have great time management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Shipping/receiving, load and unloading furniture, furniture assembly (no fork lift)
• Inspecting and assisting in claims
• Tagging of merchandise
• Keeps a clean & safe warehouse
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture
• Must be able to climb ladders without limitations
• Inventory tracking
• Maintain the upkeep of the showroom to include the managing of Stock merchandise
• Assembly of furniture
• Pre-loading for next day appointments
• Other tasks as assigned
• Must timely report to work as scheduled by LDI management

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills & abilities)

• Must be a high-school graduate
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Math skills
• Knowledge of tools and mechanical skills
• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
