What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Infrastructure Engineer (MECM) position at Lee Health?
The Advanced Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for Microsoft Endpoint Management Configuration (MECM).
The role is also responsible for the administration and maintenance of the physical and virtual technologies that deliver clinical and business applications to endpoints, desktop/laptop management, application packaging and support of core business critical applications.
Experience with windows desktop and server operating systems is required.
Responsible for providing outstanding customer and engineering support at an advanced technical level to peers.
Position also identifies, troubleshoots, and solves problems to improve customer satisfaction, while providing support documentation, and knowledge used by the IS department.

Four (4) years of progressively responsible IT work experience and administration with a focus in Microsoft Windows operating systems and the applications environments they provide. Extensive knowledge of Cisco UCS server hardware, and VMWare virtualization, or Microsoft Server Operating Systems technologies, and scripting.
