Position Description
Lee Montessori Public Charter School implements a series of Specials classes, which are school-based enrichment sessions that build on the Montessori philosophy. The Physical Education & Extended Day Teacher will be a part of our Specials teaching team and work under the direction of the Assistant Head of School to ensure that the curriculum and pedagogy honor and elevate the traditions and cultures of our children (PK3 - 6th grade) and school community. For the 2023-2025 school year, the Physical Education teacher will work with our Primary, Lower, and Upper Elementary classrooms (ages 3 to 12) to deliver Physical Education lessons.
The position is responsible for delivering dynamic, hands-on, and educational lessons that align with Lee’s core values, the Montessori philosophy, and Lee’s Anti-Bias/Anti-Racist (ABAR) work.
