Retail Shopping Center in Lee is seeking candidates for the position of Security Manager. This position includes uniformed patrols of the premises, in addition to managing direct reports. Schedule includes Tuesday-Saturdays. Salary is $45,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and activities at the site
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor and manage systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential risks
- Develop and implement site-specific security protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the effectiveness of security measures
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security management
