Sales Representative
Leeco Steel is a leading supplier of carbon, HSLA and alloy steels from the premier mills worldwide. The candidate will be responsible for entering customer orders as well as serving existing customers. We have an immediate opening for a Sales Associate at our Oshkosh, WI location.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Type quotations and correspondence as directed by sales representatives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding the sales function.
- Assist sales representatives/product specialists in expediting and follow‑up of orders in production.
- Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
- Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
- Filing of orders and correspondence in appropriate customer files.
- Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
