What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Laborer position at Leeco Steel?
Leeco Steel is a leading supplier of steel plate from the premier mills worldwide. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an additional Warehouse laborer for our Portage, IN location.
Job Purpose:
Assists with the movement of steel plate through various responsibilities.
Job duties include:
- Scraping/cleaning/stacking/banding parts
- Driving a forklift
- Cutting railcars straps and putting them in the hopper
- Cutting wood
- General housekeeping
- Other tasks as assigned
- Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
- Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
