What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Clerk position at Leeds Professional Resources?
Seeking to hire a Payroll Clerk to join a growing construction company located in the Coral Gables area. This position is designed to be of support to the Payroll and Benefits Manager. 2-3 years of payroll experience required. Duties will include reviewing and auditing timesheets for accuracy, identifying and resolving errors, payroll data entry. This role will also include some payroll functions, such as entering new hires into the system and processing terminations.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required. Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel (to include pivot tables and v-lookups). Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
