Description Job Overview :
The Store Director primary function is to manage the day-to-day operations of a Lees Discount Liquor retail store. The Store Director drives revenue, improve inventory turnover, and transfers, reduces shrinkage, and provide necessary customer service skills, while supervising staff.

Responsibilities Include :
Drives revenue and customer counts
Ensures stores are visually enticing, neat, clean, organized and sale signs are displayed timely and accurate
Weekly store orders with distributors as well as ensuring receiving is accurately processed.
Identifies opportunities to grow the business and improve sales
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and conduct weekly reconciliations of cash on hand
Manages refunds, voids, and discounts daily
Supervises team
Creates employee schedules and submits employee requests to HR
Follow procedures and controls, as well as corporate accounting procedures
Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
3-5 years of Retail Experience
Liquor Experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and excellent at problem solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organized and detail orientated
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and work well while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft applications, intermediate excel skills required.
Attention to detail and follow through on all action items
Must be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
