Customer Service/Order Entry Processor

We are looking for individuals with an eye for detail and strong excel skills to join our Customer Service Team. These are exciting days for the home furnishing industry. As a Data Entry Processor, you will work directly with customers and vendors to provide excellent customer service to solve their problems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all informaiton is correct and up to date.
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Create; enter, manage, and change catalog data on large amounts of data in excel.
• Perform quality control inspections on data before it is entered into our software.
• Problem solving on any technical issues or customer orders that may arise including order changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
• Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure new product launches are clear and concise.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations maintaining accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
• Handle additional duties from time to time

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have: Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Education and Experience:

• High level of proficiency in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in data entry
• Experience taking initiative and maintaining accuracy in all job-related activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
