Paint Sprayer

Job Summary: The sprayer will set-up, operate, & maintain spray guns/machine as well as spray to coat or paint a variety of cabinet parts.

Responsibilities:

· Sprayer must be able to perform all online sprayer processes.

· Sprayer produces at the current takt time and maintains production targets.

· Sprayer must be able to perform pre-shift preparations on spray guns used during process (clean gun tips, replace O-rings on spray guns).

· Sprayer must be able to read and calibrate Manometer to ensure proper filter changes and use.

· Sprayer must be able to perform booth filter change and keep work area clean and perform post shift cleanup (to include rails, chain, walls, ceiling, light fixtures and floors).

· Sprayer must be able to perform PMs and recognize and coordinate repairs that are needed on guns, pumps and associated equipment.

· Sprayer must maintain quality standards as set forth by the Quality Department.

· Sprayer must follow all safety guidelines.

· Able to do all level 1 & 2 responsibilities.

Skills & Abilities:

· completion of sprayer training

· Able to read & write, and follow instructions pertaining to mixing paint

· Able to add, subtract, multiply, & divide in all units of measure

· Able to withstand occasional exposure to paint fumes or solvents

· Excellent attention to detail

Education & Experience

· GED/High school diploma

· 6 months/1 year related experience and/or ojt training

Physical Requirements:

· Able to reach, stand, stoop, climb, kneel, crouch, bend, crawl & lift 50 lbs as needed/occasionally/continuously

· Must be able to stand and walk for 10 hours a day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.48 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift

• Eastaboga, AL 36260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sprayer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
