Continuum Care Hospice of Michigan, an affiliate of Legacy Health Services, is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to work with our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years of hospice experience preferred, but not required Serving the Bloomfield Hills Community!
