Treasury and Cash Director
Due to continued growth, Legacy Health Services is looking to fill the position of Treasury Manager.
Reporting to the CFO, the Treasury Director will work with the financial team to process daily cash management initiatives, bank and lender borrowing bases, forecasting and project management. Working within a complex account structure, the job involves tight deadlines, daily deliverables, and frequent ad hoc projects.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities
Manage treasury and cash management operations.
Coordinate cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, borrowing base submissions, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management.
Support initiatives related to debt facility utilization and liquidity management.
Assist with preparing borrowing bases and advance/paydown requests.
Assist with resolving issues related to bank account reconciliations and other related items by closely working with the accounting team.
Interact with external banks and internal business departments with respect to service quality and process issues.
Develop and monitor individual and team goals along with team member training and development.
Assist with developing, maintaining, and updated treasury processes and procedures.
Lead the maintenance and implementation of strong treasury controls to ensure continuous compliance with as well as enhancement and monitoring of Company’s internal controls.
