Responsibilities
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities. The Clinical Coordinator will participate as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement. The team will design, implement and evaluate all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis. This is a non-exempt position for unbudgeted employees with unpredictable hours and schedules.
Qualifications
Education:
As required by licensure. Residency training preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required (five years preferred). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Licensure
Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required. ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.
Pay Range
USD $69.15 - USD $98.89 /Hr.Salary : $69 - $99
