As a supervisor in Rehab Services, you assist in overseeing a team dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients. Your ability to orient new staff members, assist with assigning workloads and managing budgets creates an atmosphere where staff members thrive and patients receive the attention they deserve. Responsibilities
Under general supervision, assists in the management of the daily operations and management of Rehab Therapy Services at assigned unit or department. Other areas of responsibility include maintaining policy and procedures, assisting with orienting new staff and providing assistance with staffing, budgeting, and other management issues as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
Four or more year’s progressively more responsible related experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of State, Federal, and JOINT Commission requirements and regulations.
Desire skills in program planning and development; communication including public speaking. Demonstrated leadership and judgment skills. Basic familiarity with computers preferred.
