As a Director of Rehabilitation you are the heart of the Rehabilitation Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the rehabilitation department including operating within and managing the department’s budget, attaining clinical benchmarks, staff performance and development, marketing, coordinating with other rehab services, ensuring integration with all facility departments and assuring quality service and regulatory compliance. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a master’s degree from an accredited program of physical therapy or speech therapy or occupational therapy and a State of Wisconsin Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist License. One (1) year of experience as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
