Job Summary:
Legacy Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office operations and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
