Housekeeper - $15/hr

Description

Join the dedicated and detail oriented team of housekeepers at the AmericInn by Wyndham in Proctor! The Housekeeper enhances the image of the hotel by following operational policies including: making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, furniture and upholstery, empties trash and cleans public areas of the hotel. This position works day shifts and requires weekend and weekday availability. This position works up to five days per week.

Education and/or Experience: No formal education or previous experience required.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate verbally in English, and read and follow directions in English.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers.
