THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

As you lead our dedicated team, you'll ensure that each meal exceeds expectations in taste, presentation, and nutritional value for our seniors. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and placing orders as well as supervising staff and maintaining impeccable food safety standards. Every day you'll cultivate meaningful connections with our residents!

OUR IDEAL DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

• A valid food handlers permit and willingness to obtain Serv-Safe certification
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing facilities OR a background in culinary arts
• Proficiency in food production and fine dining or restaurant delivery systems
• Solid mathematical abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and supervise staff effectively
