DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As a Bus Driver, you're responsible for safely transporting residents to and from various activities, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey. In addition to providing exceptional transportation services, you're responsible for maintaining and caring for the assigned community vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent working condition at all times. You've got excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for our residents!

• A valid driver's license in the state of Arizona and a good driving record
• Ability to perform work with little or no supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, guests, visitors, supervisors, and employees
• Ability to provide driver services in a senior housing environment that meet or exceed Western States Senior & Retirement Communities service standards
• Willingness to work with the elderly
• A commercial driver's license is preferred
