We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS THE DIRECTOR OF RESIDENT HEALTH SERVICES

As the Director of Resident Health Services, your role as an RN is pivotal. You lead a dedicated nursing team, overseeing services, conducting assessments, and ensuring personalized care plans. Your clinical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to growth make you a highly valued leader. Here's what you need to become our Director of Resident Health Services:

• Accredited nursing program degree
• Current nursing license
• 2 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care
• Ability to direct and lead staff in multiple tasks
