Corporate Recruiter

Legacy Housing Corporation is a publicly-traded company (NASDAQ:LEGH) that finances manufactures, and sells affordable housing products across the US. We are growing and we need a dedicated recruiter to fill various positions across multiple locations and operating units. The Corporate Recruiter will manage job postings, track applicants, manage the hiring and onboarding processes, and utilize strategies to mine various social media platforms for passive candidates. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources but interfaces with management across the company, including the CEO.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivilent experience
  • Familiarity with job boards and employment-related recruiting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing social media as a networking tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive go-getter attitude - we are looking for a "people" person

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and posting job ads
  • Screening ads, following up with candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Screening candidates (background checks)
  • Utilizing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Helping to create outlined procedures and processes for candidate’s interviewing experience
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Other miscellaneous HR duties, as assigned

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
