Job Responsibilities
New Business Processing
Process Insurance and Investment New Business Applications
Manage the Initial Client Onboarding Process
Assist with Underwriting Requirements and Case Tracking
Maintain CRM Activities & Data Updates
Maintain Client Files & Documents
Process Checks
Client Service & Engagement
Assist with Service-Related Needs and Requests
Assist with Client Database Management and Reports
Assist with Client Online Access and Account Management Software
Assist with Client Birthday Cards & Gifts
Advisor Support
Weekly Case Status Report
Special Requests and Project Assistance, as needed
Special Projects/Events
Assist with Logistics and Planning for Client Events
Prep Materials for Events, as needed
Administrative Team Responsibilities
Answering General Phone Line
Welcome In-House Guests
Weekly Admin Meetings
Prepare Goals for Weekly Team Meetings
Requirements
Mindset & Skills Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent Customer Service with a friendly & patient personality
Ability to work independently while still delivering results in a timely fashion
Quick Response Time

Effective Problem Solving

Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary range is $50,000-$60,000, based on experience and credentials
Competitive bonus and profit-sharing opportunities are available after the first year of employment
Company 401(k) eligibility after six months of employment with a 3% employer contribution
