Service Advisor
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Transmit customer requests to the appropriate department
- Provide recommendations for automotive services and repairs based on customer needs
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs
- Explain service estimates and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process payments and provide receipts to customers
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive sales and service processes
- Familiarity with various automotive services, including brake repair, air brake, oil change, shocks/struts, tire service, and alignment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and invoicing
