Inbound /Outbound Clerk
An Inbound / Outbound Clerk – All Hire Personnel will be fully trained on all systems, functions and job responsibilities. Experience in this type of work is not necessary but valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound / Outbound– responsible to:
· Full time Positions Needed
· Data Entry
· Create a report in systems of outbound rack loads and empty trailers available to be taken to the off-site lots. This is to be updated multiple times a day.
· Verify that the bill and database match
· Handle inbound telephone calls from plant personnel, Penske, carriers etc.
· All trailers taken off-site need to be manually entered on the off-site log sheet.
· Bill audits, reconcile shipping documents, run reports, scan and email bill requests, reprint bills as needed, and email carriers
· Need to have a Driver’s License
EXPERIENCE - Computer Skills a must, phone, email, radio, and in-person interaction with carriers, drivers, supervisor’s and customers
TIMING: 3 Crews are required
· A - 6:00am – 4:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
· B – 6:00pm – 4:30am (Tuesday to Friday)
· C – 6:00am – 4:30pm (Friday & Saturday) AND
6:00pm – 4:30am (Sunday & Monday)
COMPENSATION:
· $25.00 / Hour with shift premiums of $1.00 plus (depending on experience)
· Full Benefits after 90 days
