Job description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents and audio files. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to the office manager or any other senior team member. The company will rely on you for accurate and fast pasting of graduations. This is a temporary and seasonal job.

Duties

Post-graduation

· Loading images to our servers.

· Identifying individuals in photos.

· Preparing images for display on our website.

· Heavy data entry will be the main part of the job, as well problem solving.

Job Starting May 2024 through June 2024

Hours: Approximately 16 hours a week up to 25 hours.

Required availability: Saturday May 11th, Sunday May 12th, Saturday May 18th and Sunday May 19th. (additional weekdays may be needed but these are required).

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time

Salary: $19.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability

  • 8 hour shift
