Our company is hiring a professional and efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, answering phone calls and typing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace. We're seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, as well as one who is comfortable working within a diverse group of professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, answer telephones, screen calls, and greet visitors.
- Keep current with Microsoft Office suites and Google Workspace.
- Keep workroom tidy, stocked, and organized.
- Pick up mail daily, accept deliveries, and distribute.
- Filing.
- Maintain office notebooks for training, agents, etc.
- Keep required Excel documents current.
- Maintain rosters for agents and staff.
- Maintain office calendar and phone prospecting calendar.
- Keep kitchen cleaned and stocked.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Responsibilities may change as needed.
Pay is commiserative to experience. Twenty-five (25) hours per week minimum. Core hours are Monday – Friday 11am till 4 pm and the 2nd Thursday of every month 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. With flexibility to work from 9 am till 5 pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Midland, TX 79705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
