Legacy Real Estate is a locally owned real estate business in Midland, TX. We provide a professional atmosphere for our clients. Our goal is to maintain an organized and efficient environment.

Our company is hiring a professional and efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, answering phone calls and typing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace. We're seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, as well as one who is comfortable working within a diverse group of professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, answer telephones, screen calls, and greet visitors.
  • Keep current with Microsoft Office suites and Google Workspace.
  • Keep workroom tidy, stocked, and organized.
  • Pick up mail daily, accept deliveries, and distribute.
  • Filing.
  • Maintain office notebooks for training, agents, etc.
  • Keep required Excel documents current.
  • Maintain rosters for agents and staff.
  • Maintain office calendar and phone prospecting calendar.
  • Keep kitchen cleaned and stocked.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Responsibilities may change as needed.

Pay is commiserative to experience. Twenty-five (25) hours per week minimum. Core hours are Monday – Friday 11am till 4 pm and the 2nd Thursday of every month 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. With flexibility to work from 9 am till 5 pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Midland, TX 79705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
