Accounts Payables / Receivables Specialist

Legacy Restoration’s guiding purpose is to improve the quality of life for our customers and employees through the pursuit of excellence in exterior restoration - including roofing, siding, windows and gutters. The Accounts Payable position is responsible for performing essential duties including but not limited to managing the entire procurement cycle, job costs, sales and use tax, credit card reconciliation, and Ad Hoc reporting. This role works closely with multiple departments and reports to the Controller. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Manage the entire procurement cycle  •Reconciling vendor statements •Maintaining Vendor accounts  •Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance •Preparing analyses of activity in GL accounts and monthly reconciliations •Leveraging technology  •Focus on Continuous improvement  QUALIFICATIONS: •Detail oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability  •Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset •Very strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask •Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal •Job Costing experience - Construction preferred  •Sales & Use tax experience •Strong understanding of Financial Statements REQUIREMENTS: •Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs •Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup) •Resourceful and creative process improvement skills •Understanding of Profit & Loss statement and Balance sheet EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE •BA or BS degree, Accounting degree Strongly preferred •3 years of professional work history in an office environment  •Relevant industry experience We take great pride in delivering unparalleled customer service, quality workmanship and upholding an outstanding work environment for our employees.  The atmosphere at Legacy nurtures a culture of excellence, accountability, professionalism and continued growth.  Giving back to the communities we serve is an important component of our core values; we frequently volunteer as a group and enjoy team building activities that focus on personal development and bettering the lives of others.
