This Multi-Generation Family Business has opened the next chapter and is now expanding organically and through acquisition!
The chosen candidate will be offered the very rare opportunity to build the next generation Accounting & Finance function with a very close-knit team!
The very experienced CFO has a great reputation across the region and is known for taking Accounting & Finance teams to the next level. The CFO recently added a STAR Corporate Controller to co-pilot this team. Both come from Top-10 CPA firm foundations and bring reputable company experience and CPA/MBA's so mentorship, promotional opportunity and career development will be one of the biggest attractors!
The CFO and Controller prefer an initial in-office culture, with flexibility for everyone to work from home as needed, so that the team can get to know each other, complete and integrate a few strategic acquisitions and to successfully complete an audit. The plans are to turn this into a Hybrid scenario mid 2025.
The ideal candidate can come from Corporate Accounting, a blend of Public Accounting and Corporate OR directly from Public Accounting!
