Job Overview
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Front Desk Clerk to support our distribution center located in Summerville, SC. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience while assisting leadership with administrative and/or warehouse responsibilities. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation
- Sunday through Wednesday - 4:30am to 3:30pm
- Wednesday through Saturday - 4:30am to 3:30pm
- Starting pay $20.00 per hour
- Eligible for a monthly bonus of up to $1.05 per hour
Job Details
What to expect as a Front Desk Clerk:
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Cross-train on warehouse positions to help out on overlap days
- Maintain cleanliness of parking lot
- Other assigned duties task by manager
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or office administrative experience preferred
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
