Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Experience in working with warehouse management system
- Experience with Power Lifting Equipment
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and achieve results
- 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Experience in working with a warehouse management system
- Strong organizational skills
- Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced result orientated environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Duties
- Maintain workflow to the operations in a timely manner
- Forward issues to Supervisors to decrease duplication of errors
- Maintain an accurate shipping log
- Update internal reports and distribute based on prescribed timelines
- Support Team Lead, Supervisor and Operations
- Advise Team Lead, Supervisor, Account Manager of any issues
- Maintain various management reports and submit daily by prescribed deadlines
- Prep shipments according to carrier/client requirements.
- Transport prepped shipments to the shipping dock and stage for carrier pick-up
- Load carrier trucks with scheduled shipments
- Audit of Finished Goods Inventory to ensure accuracy
- Audit of picked shipments, paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to shipments leaving building
- Actively promote and live LEGACY values
- Builds a healthy working atmosphere where teamwork, communication, and a strong focus on LEGACY culture and values are expected.
- Perform other duties as required
