Legacy Varin (LV) is currently hiring a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance for a residential property in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The Property Manager will also be responsible for the supervision and motivation of the onsite property team. Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,00 PLUS bonus opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Address the needs of the residents, potential residents, and associates.
- Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
- Recruit, hire, train and motivate staff.
- Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
- Ability to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
- Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
- Persuasive communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
- Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests handled in a timely fashion, and any information is effectively communicated. Ensure that residents have a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, and vendor relations. Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a residential Property Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exemplary customer service and critical thinking skills.
- Strong budget and financial understanding.
- Certifications preferred (ARM, CPM, COS)
- Successful track-record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy.
