The right candidate would have the ability creating plans for our clients that implement sound financial planning principles, investment planning, income planning, tax planning, estate planning, and Social Security planning into a holistic, advanced comprehensive plan. This candidate must have 1 years of experience working in the financial planning industry. You will be working closely with our advisors and Case design specialist. Through the assistance of your work, you will be bringing the case into a successful conclusion. Our advisors typically communicate with clients; you would be a member of the supporting team. This is not a sales role. However, you must be comfortable interacting with our clients should they have questions related or need an explanation on something.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with any servicing issues, both independent and collaboratively with the Main advisor
  • Follow up via phone calls, emails, and other methods of communications with clients regarding any
  • Meet with clients to conduct annual reviews
  • Establish and maintain client relationship for the long term
  • Follow up with our partner financial institutions regarding clients’ questions/inquiries
  • Assist the case design with necessary assignments/ financial advisor needs

Requirements:

  • FINRA Securities licensing preferred
  • Life & Health Insurance License is a plus
  • 1 years of experience and knowledge in financial planning
  • Knowledge of eMoney a must
  • Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous. You must be able to process documents accurately.
  • Well-spoken and articulate; professional
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly, patient, personable and empathetic

Salary: 65k – 85k *pending experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

  • eMoney: 1 year (Required)
  • Financial planning: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Series 7 (Preferred)
