Paralegal - Probate - Elder Law

An established Trusts and Estates law firm seeks a legal assistant for their Coral Gables office with the following experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in Probate.
  • Experience in preparation of 706 and 709 tax returns is a plus, but not required.
  • Thorough knowledge of estate and trust administration, and related tax and accounting concepts.
  • Probate experience in a mid-size or large law firm preferred.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and willing to work under pressure while handling multiple work assignments. An ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain an organized work environment is essential.
