Job Posting for Director of Operations at Legal Soft Solution
Looking for an operations manager to manage 25 staff who work virtually. We are growing by 200% a year and are looking for an operations manager with experience to take it from there. We are seeking an Operations Director to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
You will manage the following departments for staffing
- Recruitment
- Pairing
- Onboarding
- Off Boarding
- Retention
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Benefits:

- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodland Hills, CA 91364: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
