Barback
The Barback is responsible for keeping their assigned bar stocked with items the bartender needs to provide Legendary Guest Service. Barbacks may be hired to work in Local Eats, Catering or Suites.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for filling ice bins
- Responsible for maintaining par levels of bar products throughout the event
- Assist Bartenders with restocking VISI coolers following proper rotation procedures and planograms (Local Eats only)
- Assist the Bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar
- Assist in keeping assigned bar and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Breakdown cardboard and keep assigned areas clean and free of debris, carts and trash.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
- Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting, with a focus on attention to details
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
- Outdoor venue, indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions. Work environment may be within extreme temperatures.
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
