We are seeking an Operations Lead to become an integral part of our team.
Job Description:
The Operation Lead is responsible for the daily operations in their assigned region, to include managing the schedule for 15-25 Guards at various locations. As well as turn in weekly time validations of his team. Informing superior of new hire needs.Maintaining good communication as well as a professional working relationship with guards and clients is of the utmost importance. The Lead is tasked with establishing and maintaining a healthy company culture and passing this along to the team by example.
REQUIRED License/Certifications:
- Valid Guard Card
Experience:
- Operations:2 Years
- Security: 2 years
- Supervisory: 1 year
