About the role...
This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks for the Human Resources department at LEGOLAND Florida Resort and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates through their new hire journey. This role is equal parts data integrity, process optimization, and customer service.

Who we’re looking for...
Previous HR/data entry knowledge/experience required. Prior HR experience in a theme park/hospitality is a plus. Knowledge of office support functions and Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Proficiency in Excel is strongly preferred. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to take, prioritize and follow direction from multiple sources, and strong attention to detail. This position requires ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently, accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality, a professional interpersonal style with the ability to maintain confidentiality. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work cooperatively with diverse work styles.
Ability to utilize sound judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality is mandatory. Requires demonstrated skill in interpersonal relationships, making presentations, facilitation and verbal and written communication. Must be able to present a professional image to internal and external contacts and build relationships with internal team members.
Education:
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent is required. Some college in Business, HR, or Related field preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for sustained periods of time to attend on-site and off-site meetings, perform paperwork activities, travel and drive.
Intermittent and prolonged standing and walking to move about the park site and interact with employees.
Finger dexterity sufficient to complete paperwork activities and to use a computer.
Visual acuity sufficient to read written materials, to complete paperwork activities.
Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone.
Work Environment:
Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Other Job Requirements:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
Must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record and be willing to utilize own vehicle for business purposes.
Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
Compensation for this position is $18/hr.
