The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services & Support (HEITS) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).
Leidos is seeking a broadly experienced Candidate to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. Excellent communications and ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts. Troubleshooting workstation, printers, and other peripheral. Candidate will image, install, and configure workstation. Troubleshoot Windows 10 and above, Microsoft Office suite. Learning new technology and provide support to the user community. Work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, and soon ServiceNow. Troubleshoot Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Successful candidates must be able to perform the following skills:
- Perform Patch Management.
- Communicate and interface with customer and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.
- Candidate will provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely.
- Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts.
- Troubleshoot workstation, printers, and other peripheral.
- Candidate will image, install, and configure workstation.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and above, Microsoft Office suite.
- Learn new technology and provide support to the user community.
- Work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, and ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
- Configure and troubleshoot VoSIP and Video devices within Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Assist users with video conferencing systems by providing personal instructions and troubleshooting for the use of control interfaces and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Meeting Manager and Cisco Telepresence Management Suite
- Coordinate with IC partners to ensure voice and video connectivity
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years of professional experience; or 2 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
- Must be Familiar with Windows System administration tools and processes
- Knowledge in coordinating problem resolution and working across IT functional areas
- Proven Ability to manage multiple task/events simultaneously and deliver on time.
Preferred Qualifications

- 4 years of experience working with networks and performing System and Server administration
- DHS Experience
- Windows Experience
- Citrix Experience
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an integral member of a team.
