Leidos is seeking a Master Scheduler who will support a large, multi-year contract providing Timing and Synchronization to Department of Defense. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. The Master Scheduler will support a high priority, high visibility implementation project in support of a very large, high profile DISA Timing and Sync Program and be responsible for providing full support to the customer on multiple, simultaneous tasks.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop an Integrated Master Scheduled incorporating the various T&S projects according to the T&S Work Breakdown Structure.
Update the schedules of the T&S projects in IPAS weekly and prepare presentation material for the T&S schedule as requested by the Government PM.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, milestones, and constraints to incorporate into the master schedule.
Utilize project management software and tools to create and update the master schedule, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.
Support lead Program Manager by assisting in the development and coordination of internal and external teams to achieve project milestones.
Create, develop, and manage project plans.
Coordinate and create Project Milestones
Create comprehensive project timelines.
Track and Brief project statuses on request
Understand risk management practices in project management.
Identify shortfalls or obstacles in a manner that prevents or limits project timeline/budget impacts.
Develops, maintains, and updates technical documentation such as enterprise architecture, application/system design, and network architecture and design.
Perform technical writing of Implementation Plans and Methods of Procedures
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience with, at least, 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Familiarity with databases
Candidate must have an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing technical implementation.
PMP certification
ITIL certificate
Prior DISA experience
GSMO
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
