Our staff provides Non-medical counseling (NMC) services and additional outreach services through a single DoD maintained and operated MFLC program. The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-educational in nature, tailored to unique military environments, and helps participants learn to anticipate and resolve unique challenges associated with military life. These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness.
Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support the MFLC program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works closely with CONCUR and Leidos’ DPC to coordinate MFLC travel.
- Tracks status of travel expenses and audits expense reports submitted by counselors on assignments with Leidos travel support.
- Provide information to counselors regarding reimbursement procedures and assist with payment inquiries for travel-related costs.
- Ensures that regional managers, team leads, and counselors have all the information that they need to travel.
- Resolves any issues encountered with systems.
- Respond to, resolve, or forward inquiries received through MFLC travel-related support email boxes.
- Supports, monitors, tracks status, and manages all MFLC travel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience. High School Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur
- Bilingual in Japanese Language is a plus
