Leidos is partnering with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), under the Defense Enclave Services (DES) contract, to deliver a single digital enterprise that establishes a modern infrastructure foundation and unified architecture needed to deliver cohesive combat support capabilities to the warfighter. The DES contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract where multiple task orders are awarded to achieve the DES enterprise vision. Together, we’ll build the enterprise framework of the future for the Department of Defense.
Leidos is seeking a Sr. Asset Manager to join our Defense Enclave Services team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
This position will lead the DES Asset Management across multiple Task Orders, reporting to the DES Asset Management and Logistics PM.
Asset management functions and deliverables are often time critical and highly visible on the Program, a combination of inflexible and shifting deadlines.
Will work directly with Leidos Corporate Property Office to provide documentation (receipt, turn-in, etc.…) to add or delete Government Furnished Property (GFP) on the DES contract.
This role provides excellent exposure to the Program Management Office (PMO) and engineering processes, as you communicate across interfacing organizations. Your ideas, suggestions and concerns will be welcomed, especially to streamline processes and strengthen asset management practices.
This hands-on role requires great attention to detail, very good organization skills and flexibility to pivot between highly visible customer priorities to meet deadlines.
This position requires candidates to have a current secret clearance.
Lead a team of asset management staff who matrix their support across the program.
Drive on-time, error-free development, inspection, approval, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and delivery letters to varying recipients.
Author and/or lead the development and delivery of the Asset Management plan, Asset Reports, documenting asset management and controls.
Schedule, prepare, review, version, publish (deliver) and track documents and actions per Program procedures, across classifications and releasability’s.
Segregate and protect Leidos sensitive data.
Interface with the customer, PMO, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to coordinate asset management.
Lead software license management.
Perform audits to validate asset accountability and reporting.
Scrub, transform, update, summarize or report data.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with hardware asset management to include inventory, reporting, audits, warehousing, spare parts, and software license management.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience managing DoD logistics information systems.
Experience as a GFP Asset Manager.
Experience defining and executing asset management processes with large-scale programs with many baselines across architectures.
Data Management and process documentation experience.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, and Logistics Information Systems.
Requires a Bachelors and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
DISA and/or DoD Experience
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
Veteran
Experience with PIEE and ServiceNow
Effective communicator, able to capture action items and status clearly and concisely.
Multitask and manage competing priorities.
Work independently, engaging SMEs when needed, to drive work to closure on-time.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $75,400.00 - $136,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
