Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, or in-person.
- Assist the callers with insurance needs.
- Gather information about the customers' needs.
- Listen and record the callers' issues and concerns.
- Refer callers to an Agent if needed.
- Maintain reports including contacting customers.
- Various administrative duties.
