Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations. You will A successful production supervisor is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have great knowledge of production procedures. The goal is to ensure that the production processes are running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

· Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output

· Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

· Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

· Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency

· Maintaining communication between employees and upper management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood

· Ensuring the flow of materials and other resources

Skills

· Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment

· IT skills, especially using data analysis software

· Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic

· Ability to create and adhere to production processes

· Ability to write reports legibly and accurately

· Proven experience as supervisor

· Solid knowledge of logistics procedures

· Good understanding of budgeting and reporting

· Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Problem-solving abilities

· High school diploma: BSc/BA in business administration is a bonus
