EVENT / BANQUET BARTENDER
MISSION
Ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all banquet guests attending events on property. Greet and serve guests, following RCS guidelines for customer service and hospitality. Process all drink orders in a hospitable and service-oriented manner, demonstrating complete knowledge of various types of drink request. Keep the bar area clean, neat, uncluttered and fully stocked. Follow all state liqour laws whern serving alcohol.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to:
- Write, speak, read, hear and see
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Bend, lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Perform manual dexterity and coordination - handling food/drink trays, breakables and hot dishes
- Perform general housekeeping work
