**Job Overview:**

Local Powersport leader who is seeking a highly motivated, eager, diligent individual to join our service/ warranty team. Individual possesses an aptitude to excel in an ever-growing industry, with the ability to become the voice/ standard of our warranty team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Transmit warranty claims to manufacturers for processing

- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary repair information

- Verify warranty coverage and ensure accurate claim submissions

- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and approvals

- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status

- Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues promptly

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, or diesel engine repair

- Knowledge of air brake systems, brake repair, shocks, and struts

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures in a service environment

- Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive Service Writing: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Mineral Wells, WV 26150: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
